England Athletics have now finalised the materials for officials relating to the Age Group changes that went live on April 1st. You can find them on the EA website - Age Group Officials. The page contains detailed information about hurdles, race distances and throwing implement weights for the new even age groups.

One thing I have noticed so far. The Upper YDL is using a single height for the Steeplechase for the mens races despite the rules having a higher height for U20M. I will add others as people report them.

The summary document is very useful and the most readable of all the resources.

I have updated my own hurdle card too if anyone wants to use it. I trim it down, fold it in half and laminate it. I'll have some with me at future meetings too. Stuart's New Age Group Hurdle Card
